Return Policy

All sales final from July 1, 2010 to August 31st, 2010 during our change of management sale.

We want your experience shopping with us to be a great one! If for any reason, you need to return an item to us, please note that we have a liberal 30 day refund policy. Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid if an item is returned within 30 days of purchase. If an item is returned more than 30 days after purchase, a return will be administered in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase.

SALE items are eligible for exchange and store credit only.

All returned merchandise must be in new, unused, undamaged and resellable condition. The items must have original tags attached and be returned in their original packaging.

green is black does not accept responsibility for packages that it did not ship; please protect yourself by insuring your package, and obtaining a tracking number. We do not accept any returns via COD.

Shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer. green is black will pay shipping expenses for outgoing exchanged items.

Credit card refunds will be processed once your package has been received. Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days of receipt of the returned package. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from green is black.

Note: We do not offer price adjustments (a refund for the difference paid) for items that go on sale after they may have been purchased at the regular price.
